1. Yankees (74-44) – At 30 games over they are the team to beat and have over 25 wins since the All-Star break.
2. Angels (70-45) - John Lackey is pitching to the tune of a sub-2 ERA in his last 7 starts.
3. Cardinals (67-52) – If Tim Lincecum wasn’t Tim Lincecum, then Chris Carpenter would be on his way to his 2nd Cy Young of his career.
4. Phillies (66-49) – Having only one loss this week, the Phillies are building a lead in the East, beating up on division opponents.
5. Dodgers (70-48) – After dominating everyone, they are struggling to get runs across the board and keeps runs off the board; but they still maintain a 5 game lead in the division.
6. Rangers (66-50) – They are a season high 16 games over .500 and that was without Kinsler for 16 games.
7. Tigers (62-55) – Porcello is now the most intimidating pitcher in the AL after manhandling Youkilis.
8. Red Sox (66-51) - Currently stand in 2nd place in the AL Wild Card after losing 2 of 3 to the Rangers in Texas.
9. Rockies (65-53) - This team is better off Holliday-less somehow, but it seems to be paying off with Street closing out games effectively.
10. Rays (63-54) – David Price needs to forget about last year and just pitch his game and regain his command.
11. Marlins (63-55) – Hanley Ramirez is the only human who can compete with the Robot named Pujols.
12. Giants (63-54) - If your name isn’t Lincecum or Cain you need to step it up pitching-wise.
13. Cubs (60-55) – Derek Lee is having an MVP-type season offensively, but no one else on the team is even playing like an All-Star.
14. White Sox (60-58) – A month ago this team was struggling to find OFs; now they have 4 with Podsednik likely being the odd man out.
15. Mariners (61-57) – This team keeps hovering above that .500 mark but really have no shot at making the playoffs.
16. Braves (61-56) – Blew a big opportunity at home to beat up on the Phillies and gain ground.
17. Astros (57-61) - Which Astros team will show up this week?
18. Brewers (58-59) – Struggling to stay afloat in the NL Central.
19. Blue Jays (55-61) - Vernon Wells makes over $20 million a year…for what?  To suck ass?
20. Twins (55-61) - The team is batting over .300 in August but can’t seem to win on back to back days.
21. Mets (55-62) – When your rotation has Santana in it, but Pelfrey is currently your best pitcher, your team has problems.
22. Indians (51-66) – I hope they catch the Twins for 3rd place in the division with a Triple-A team.
23. A’s (52-65) – The only thing the A’s are looking forward to this year is the release of “Money Ball” the movie.
24. Diamondbacks (54-64) – I can’t believe I chose this team to compete for the division title; it’s so sad how bad they are.
25. Royals (46-71) – Even when Grienke is throwing 7 innings of no runs they lose!
26. Reds (50-67) – Arroyo is always a pleasant surprise on the mound; however, you never know which Arroyo is gonna show up.
27. Orioles (48-69) – Can anyone name 3 starters for Baltimore?
28. Padres (49-70) – Just awful.
29. Nationals (43-75) – The Nationals run was good while it lasted.  Will they sign Strasburg on Monday?
30. Pirates (46-70) – Flat out terrible.  The final total for this years players traded OUT of Pittsburgh… 19.
