One of the most annoying things in sports is a front-running fan. Well, actually, front-runners aren’t real fans, they are fake fans, and should not represent themselves as true followers. Half way through, the 2009 season has brought a lot of awesome moments that have been etched into our brains and history. Here is a list of the top 9 moments from the first half of the 2009 Major League Baseball season!
9) Luis Castillo Drops Game Ending Popup (6/12 vs. NYY) – I can’t get enough of this play. I could watch Castillo watch this ball over and over without ever getting sick of it. Just another part of the Mets woes this year.

In ‘honor’ of Manny Ramirez being suspended for testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs, I’ve come up with a list of Manny’s biggest moments as a professional baseball player. To be a member of the All Crooked Hat Team the brim of one’s hat must be cocked to either the left or right side of a player’s head (definitely NOT centered on their head).  Also the brim must be pretty flat, although there are some exceptions to this rule.  If the brim is curved in anyway there must be a huge degree of hat cocking to the side to still make the roster.
