July 7:  There is a reason why I haven’t updated in 3 weeks.  The Twins are playing like garbage and giving this divison away.  The last time I posted the Twins were ahead of the Tigers by 5 games.  Now?  They are sitting in 3rd place.

June 15:  Hopefully a game 1 win vs. the Rockies will propel them to a sweep and hand Jimenez his second loss of the season!

June 13:  The Twins are 1-1 in the second half of Interleague Play this year and this is the time when the Twins start killin’ it so hopefully that 1 loss will be their last for awhile!

June 3:  How the hell do you lose 3 of 4 to the Mariners!  What the hell!  Twins baseball as of late has been shakey and I’m not feeling it.

May 30:  Twins sweep the first place Rangers to go back to 10 games over!  I’m pumped!  Now a West Coast swing starting in Seattle on Memorial Day!  Let’s get it!

May 26:  The Twins will never beat the Yankees ever again and I still can’t accept the fact of the matter at hand.

May 20: The Twins are playing like trash right now and are now tied for first with the Tigers.  They are on a 3-game losing streak and squaring off vs. the Brewers for a 3-game set.  Anything less than a sweep and I’ll be extremely disappointed.  That’s right, a sweep.

May 18: It was quite a sluggfest in Toronto today… all home runs by the Blue Jays unfortunately.  Let’s hope they can bounce back and sweep the two game set vs. the Sox up in Boston!  Liriano, I’m looking at you baby!

May 16: 1 of 3 in NY is like a sweep for the Twins baby!  Lets hope they can sweep this two game series vs. the Jays!

May 13: Minnesota is back on the road to take on the Yankees who just lost a bunch of games to the Tigers (thanks for nothing).  I wouldn’t be caught dead in Yankee Stadium for this series!  GO TWINS!

May 8: Really?  Even from Italy I’m pissed off.  Twins won 4 in a row and are staying home for a 4 game set vs. the worst team in baseball, the Orioles, and they drop the first two!  I’m heated.  They NEED to win the next to just not to lose respect around the league, jeez!

May 5: HEY NOW!  Nice little sweep for the Twins over the division rival Tigers!  The Twins have won 4 straight and there next series consists of 4 games vs. the Baltimore Orioles!  Can the Twins make it 8 in a row?  That would be SICK!

May 2:  Wow, it’s been far too long since I updated this!  The Twins lost there first series to the Tigers which was disappointing but rebounded taking 2 of 3 (should have been a sweep) against the Indians on the road.  Liriano is back and I believe the Twins could win this division without much fight… but will they?

April 23: Pavano bounces back vs the Royals (his last start was against the Royals and he got the loss) and got the W as the Twins took game 1 on the road in Kansas City.  Thome hit a HR and had 3 RBI, I’ll take it!

April 22: The Twins don’t complete the sweep of the Indians but they are 11-5 and have won all 5 series thus far in the early season.

April 20: The Twins early schedule is very AL Central heavy vs. the Indians and Royals, needless to say they need to take advantage of that starting NOW.  Slowey on the mound tonight at home, I’m feeling good.  UPDATE:  Slowey dominated as the Twins earned their 10th win of the season.  Pitching has been key thus far.  Liriano, do your thing boy!

April 18: Disappointed the Twins couldn’t finish off the sweep of the Royals but it was another successful series and the Twins are now 9-4 having  won all 4 series this season!

April 15: Liriano blanks the Red Sox and he had 7 strikeouts on his slider alone!  I’m so pumped about the start to the Twins season it’s not even funny.  They took the first 3 series of the season!

April 13: Off day today, great home opening win yesterday.  Target Field looks amazing, GO TWINS!  I can’t believe how well they are playing right now, it’s scary.

April 11:  Why was JJ Hardy thrown out by about 25 feet when the Twins would have had 2nd and 3rd  with a base hit by Punto to end the game?  You never make the last out of a game at home!  Especially by 25 feet!  Chalk one up for the bad guys.

April 10: I’m in disbelief how well the Twins are winning and winning close games!  Last year they would have lost 1-0 instead of win 2-1.  I hope this goes on throughout the year and by “this” I mean winning on the road baby!  LET’S GOOOOOOOO.  One more in Chi-town then opening Target field this coming week!

April 9: Huge start to the season for the Twins!  3-1 on the road vs. the Angels is a sign of good things to come!

April 7: The M&M boys hit their first homers of the season as the Twins picked up their first win.  Rauch looked good in the closer role too.

April 5:  Scott Baker on the mound for the new look Twinkies.  Let’s GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!  They never win in LA, period.

April 3:  So the Cardinals beat the Twins in the first fake home game at Target Field.  Big deal, we all know who the better team REALLY is in this case.  Ha!

March 31:  Met two Twins fans while working at Staples yesterday (in New Jersey)!  It got me pumped for baseball, especially since I had someone to talk about my team with!

March 29:  Twins vs. Cardinals today (my hopeful World Series matchup) in Jupiter.  Twins tied it up in the 9th off Franklin and then blew it on a walk off 2-run jobber by some jobber on the Cards.  All kidding aside, good for that guy Descalso who hit the HR.  On a side note: Slowey had his worst start of the Spring 5IP, 3ER and Pujols and Ludwick each hit homers.

March 28: I just looked at the Twins depth chart and frowned when I saw JJ Hardy at SS and not Orlando Cabrera.  It’s ok though, I’m still smelling a division title!

March 26: It appears that Liriano has solidified himself as the 5th starter!  Honestly, I think he’s back and that spells trouble for teams in the AL Central.

March 23: I don’t know what to think about the Twins SP amazing start to the Spring.  I know it CAN carry over into the season, but you never know.  I sure hope it does!  Baker and Slowey have only given up a run a piece!

March 21: Joe Mauer signed a lifetime agreement to be a Twin!  I’m ecstatic! …Moments later Joe Nathan announced he is getting Tommy John surgery and is out for the 2010 season.  I’m depressed.
